Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Operations Engineer in Houston, TX to monitor hydraulic fracturing treatments, deliver real-time insights, and support field operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site hydraulic fracturing operations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Google Suite, Salesforce, FracPro, FieldPro, CMMS and EAM/ERM systems.
• Ability to analyze and provide real-time solutions.
• Strong communication with digital ops, job-site personnel, and management.
• High integrity in reporting chemical/sand volumes and data.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Compliance with NexTier policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple hydraulic fracture treatments with real-time insights.
• Provide real-time technical support to customers and field teams.
• Conduct QA/QC for incoming data and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Prepare and manage end-of-stage tickets.
• Monitor equipment parameters to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Leverage digital technologies to enhance business performance through integration and automation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the business unit.
• Perform frac diagnostic testing and stimulation modeling with minimal supervision.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and internal information.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure compliance with NexTier safety regulations.
