Job summary

Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Digital Operations Associate to support recipe-driven production, MES, and electronic batch execution in a cGMP environment. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Automation, and Quality to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

The role focuses on deploying digital tools, configuring recipe-driven processes, and performing data collection with an emphasis on documentation and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent practical experience; no prior industry experience required.
• Willingness to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as needed, including rotational on-call.
• Foundational understanding of cGMP and data integrity principles.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks to deploy and sustain digital manufacturing tools (MES, data historians, electronic logbooks).
• Assist with configuration activities for recipe-driven operations; prepare documentation for review and approval.
• Perform basic data collection, routine analysis, and system monitoring for reliable digital operations.
• Follow cGMP and data integrity standards; escalate non-routine issues to senior staff.
• Support user training by preparing materials and documenting standard work.
• Participate in cross-functional coordination to enable digital integration and electronic batch execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline tasks.
• Provide on-call support as scheduled with guidance from senior staff.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and status updates.
