Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, seeks an entry‑level Digital Operations support role to help deploy and sustain MES, data historians, and electronic logbooks within a cGMP biomanufacturing environment.

You will learn and apply digital manufacturing tools, assist with configuration, collect data for routine analysis, and participate in cross‑functional initiatives while adhering to data integrity and cGMP standards. A hybrid work schedule may be available based on site needs.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of MES and electronic batch documentation; learner of digital systems.
• Understanding of cGMP and data integrity principles; follows established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management; reliable.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborates effectively and asks for feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and sustainment of digital manufacturing tools per procedures.
• Assist configuration activities for recipe-driven operations and document for review.
• Collect data, perform routine analysis, and monitor systems for reliability.
• Follow cGMP standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to training materials and cross-functional documentation.
• Support on-call duties and maintain accurate logs and status updates.
