Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Digital Onboarding Product Owner to lead the onboarding methodology and service delivery model for the Unqork domain. This role drives vision, goals, and strategic direction in collaboration with IT, Product, and business teams.

The ideal candidate offers 10+ years in Retirement/Financial Services, 5+ years as a Product Owner, and a proven track record in Agile practice and rapid delivery in a regulated environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced with Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Retirement and Financial Services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a related Technology-based role.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and executing Agile practices with strong technical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Curious and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the onboarding vision, goals, and strategy for the Unqork domain.
• Prioritize backlog and drive service delivery development with technology.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and business teams.
• Articulate value proposition and establish metrics/KPIs for success.
• Partner with Scrum team on feature definition and acceptance criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer to ensure accurate business needs.
