Job summary

MCC is seeking a Press Operator to manage the HP Digital Press, perform preflight checks and color adjustments, and ensure high-quality digitally printed labels. You will monitor press conditions, minimize waste, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include setting up jobs per ticket, starting up and signing off on quality checks, and guiding junior press assistants as needed. A strong safety mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HP Digital Press; preflight, color adjustments, and manufacture of digital products.
• Maintain press efficiency, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete quality checks and adhere to safety guidelines; instruct junior assistants.
