Qualifications

• Management experience creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Coaching, motivating and teaching others to improve performance.
• Grow and maintain digital/social traffic effectively.
• 2–5 years in a television newsroom or equivalent.
• A college degree in Journalism or related field.
• Strong writing skills with a track record of achieving station goals.
• Maintain content brand without resorting to clickbait.
• Ability to use digital analytics to set and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise digital producers and collaborate with newsroom staff.
• Review scripts and provide feedback for strong storytelling.
