Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee product merchandising on Uline.com including improving website features, optimizing search and driving product discovery.

  • Review product pages to ensure they are consistent in supporting merchandising strategies.

  • Analyze customer buying behavior to improve related item recommendations.

  • Educate Merchandising product teams in understanding online product performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments including Creative, Internet and Paid Search on cohesive online campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics or economics. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or eCommerce with a passion for business or marketing analytics.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Power BI preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
