Overview

Work with one of the top creative companies in digital advertising. TubeScience is a U.S.-based leader in data-driven video ads, partnering with top global brands. We’re hiring a highly skilled Digital Media Technician to join our remote post-production team. This is a contract role, open to candidates across Latin America who want to grow their careers in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Ingest, transcode, and organize high-volume video footage.
  • Manage servers and our Media Asset Management system (Iconik).
  • Package & archive Adobe Premiere Pro projects for finishing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (sync errors, codecs, corrupted files).
  • Support editors with prep work (color correction, selects, rough assemblies).
  • Contribute to workflow improvements for speed and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in post-production (Media Manager, DIT, Post-Tech, or Assistant Editor).
  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder skills.
  • Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (transcoding/color).
  • Strong knowledge of video codecs, formats, frame rates, delivery specs.
Bonus Points
  • Advanced color grading (DaVinci Resolve).
  • Digital advertising or performance marketing experience.
  • Workflow automation/scripting/AI media tools.
  • Content delivery experience for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Remote (Latin America only)
  • Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM PST (align with U.S. team)
  • Technical audit required (including internet speed test)

  • Workstation with 32GB+ RAM (64GB preferred), dedicated GPU, and 1TB SSD.
  • Internet: 75 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up minimum.
