Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Digital Media Specialist III to craft 3D models and textures for a PBR shader environment, and to produce illustrations and animations for modeling, simulation and CBT/ICW.

The role requires Unity URP proficiency, asset optimization for mobile devices, and experience with Adobe Creative tools. A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and 4–7 years of experience are preferred; eligibility for a Secret clearance is required.

• Experience with Unity engine and PBR workflows preferred

• Produce illustrations and animations ranging from line art to 3D renderings
• Edit and manipulate photographs, and perform photography and videography as needed
• Integrate media into a broad range of products to support modeling, simulation and CBT/ICW

Job description

The Digital Media Specialist III is responsible for 3D modeling and texturing for a Physically Based Rendering shader environment; creation of illustrations and animations, varying from line art to 3D renderings to photo-illustrations; manipulation of photographs; photography and videography; audio and video editing; integrating media into a wide range of products in support of modeling and simulation and computer-based training/interactive courseware (CBT/ICW).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must be eligible to obtain and keep a Secret clearance to work at location facility. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. will work with employee to obtain clearance upon hire.

Must participate in required job training for continuing education in secure material handling and information systems security to maintain computer access privileges.

Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Chickasaw is looking for a 3D graphic artist generalist with experience in PBR game engine workflow using Unity and Substance. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in optimizing game assets for mobile and low-end devices to target Unity URP rendering.

Software Proficiencies

• Autodesk 3d Studio Max (or equivalent 3D modeling application)
• Adobe CC, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Premiere, AfterEffects, Audition, InDesign, Animator, Acrobat
• Adobe Substance Painter
  • Experience with Adobe Designer
• Unity 3D
• GitHub or other source control tools
• Microsoft Office

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree fine arts, graphic design, digital media, commercial art or equivalent and a minimum of four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
