The Digital Media Producer & Content Coordinator reports to the Communications Director and produces, coordinates, and distributes digital media and communications that support the City of Spring Hill's programs, services, and community engagement efforts.
This position creates photography, videography, graphics, and digital content for City communications and provides communications support to departments across the city, including media relations, emergency communications, and special projects.

This position creates photography, videography, graphics, and digital content for City communications and provides communications support to departments across the city.
Working under the direction of the Communications Director, the Digital Media Producer & Content Coordinator will work with communicators across the city to create and coordinate content for a variety of platforms. The position will assist with multimedia campaigns, public information efforts, and day-to-day communications needs. The position will also support the Communications Director with media relations, emergency communications, and special projects as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with frequent travel throughout the City for photography, videography, meetings, and special events. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, lifting equipment up to 25 pounds, and operating cameras, computers, and audiovisual equipment.
