Job summary

Aluma Medical Aesthetics is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to own day-to-day digital execution across Southern California. You will implement approved strategy through content planning, social publishing, lead generation, on-location shoots, and paid media while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

You will travel to injector clinics, coordinate events, and deliver polished social content—reels, captions, and templates—driving engagement and growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing social media for a brand, agency, or service-based business.
• Portfolio showing reels, carousels, photography/video, captions, and campaign content.
• Strong social-first storytelling and ability to translate strategy into a consistent content calendar.

Responsibilities

• Execute the approved monthly theme and 3–5 priority talking points across channels.
• Coordinate the injector suite for the monthly behind-the-scenes tour.
• Manage monthly email topics and quarterly ManyChat calls to action.
• Maintain injector interest list through ongoing Instagram research.
• Own the monthly content calendar: five posts per week and Stories on posting days.
• Build a balanced content mix: educational, aspirational, lifestyle, social proof, and tours.
• Co-create reels, carousels, captions and assets; schedule content in Plann.
• Engage the community with timely replies and non-salesy outreach.
• Travel to injector clinics for content days, suites tours, and events.
