Job summary

Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. is seeking a highly creative Digital Media Coordinator to own a broad mix of marketing initiatives, from video to print. You will manage projects from concept through completion and collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency.

You will lead video production, brochure design, and web assets, while leveraging WordPress/HTML/CSS knowledge to support our online presence. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital media or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with video and design tools.
• Experience with brochure layout and print production.
• Basic knowledge of web coding (WordPress/HTML/CSS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, and promos.
• Design and lay out brochures, catalogs, flyers, and other collateral; ensure print-ready files.
• Assist with website layout and basic web updates; create digital assets for platforms.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google campaigns; track performance and conversions.
