About the role: Ads Managers will create and optimize Meta ad campaigns to generate leads. You will work closely with our Client Success Team to develop effective strategies and ensure successful advertising efforts. Providing top-quality leads and exceptional results is your priority.

This is a CREATIVE-heavy position—you must demonstrate excellent skills in creating stunning graphics, collages, and short videos.

A Digital Marketing Specialist acts as both an agency and client representative. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization skills are essential. You must be quick to adapt, multitask, and think critically. If you cannot handle these, do not bother applying.

Your Role Will Include:

• Creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to generate quality leads
• Designing eye-catching static ads, carousels, and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.
• Researching target audiences, competitors, and local trends for each campaign
• Writing compelling ad copy (headlines, hooks, primary text) that converts
• Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Conducting regular A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm new ideas and visuals
• Staying updated with Meta Ads best practices and policy changes
• Providing weekly performance reports and breakdowns

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience running Meta Ads with clear lead generation results
• Strong creative instincts with experience producing scroll-stopping ads (images + videos)
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns with budgets from $1k to $5k+/month
• Experience analyzing KPIs (CPL, CTR, CPM, frequency) and making data-driven decisions
• Highly available and responsive during US business hours
• Organized, proactive, and independent
• Experience with chiropractors, local service businesses, or health & wellness is a plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, GoHighLevel, or Google Sheets for reporting and automation
