Position Overview

Rapid Dev is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape our online presence and drive business growth. As part of a forward-thinking team, you’ll design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and paid ads. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team and work alongside some of the best in the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute digital marketing strategies, conduct market research, and define target audiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage multi-channel campaigns, schedule content, run PPC ads, and implement SEO best practices.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content and implement content marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track performance, analyze trends, report results, and monitor budgets.
  • Optimization: Maximize ROI through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Communication: Share insights with stakeholders and collaborate with teams like sales and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
