Stouffer Legal in Towson, Maryland is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role manages Google Ads campaigns and Meta advertising for workshops and consultations.

You will support SEO, maintain local SEO, monitor performance, and optimize landing pages and forms. A collaborative, data-driven mindset and ability to translate analytics into action are essential.

• Maintain local SEO for each office, ensuring Google Business Profile accuracy.
• Monitor organic performance and coordinate fixes with the website team.
• Improve landing pages and testing of messaging, forms, and CTAs.
• Track campaigns end-to-end and prepare performance reports with recommendations.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Estate Planning, Estate Administration/Probate, and Elder Care, with budgets and targeting aligned to each office.
• Manage Meta advertising for workshops, webinars, and consultation campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, and optimization.
• Support SEO growth through keyword research, page optimization, internal linking, and identifying content opportunities for each service and market.
• Maintain local SEO, including Google Business Profile accuracy and optimization for each office.
• Monitor organic search performance using Google Search Console and analytics, identifying issues and coordinating technical fixes with the website team.
• Improve landing pages for paid and organic traffic, testing messaging, forms, and calls to action.
• Maintain campaign tracking across ads, forms, and calls, coordinating technical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate lead quality and client outcomes, connecting campaign performance to registrations, held consultations, engagements, and revenue.
• Report results and recommend next actions, explaining what changed, what worked, and where to invest next.
