Job summary

Frost is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Texas to help create and deliver campaigns across digital channels. The role emphasizes collaboration with in-house staff and agency partners to implement marketing strategies and stay competitive.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage email campaigns, and translate business needs into actionable items with integrity and excellence. A strong focus on data-driven marketing and backlogged Frostbank.com initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns.
• Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing.
• Intermediate to proficient HTML coding experience (email-building experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives.
• Build, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practices.
• Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable items.
• Assists with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) including behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements.
• Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
