This is a full-time, in-office position. This role may be based at one of our VRC office locations in Memphis, TN; Dallas, TX; or Orlando, FL. This position is not remote or hybrid and requires regular on-site attendance.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting VRC’s digital marketing strategy and execution across all service lines, with a primary focus on paid digital advertising, campaign performance, and digital marketing technology. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and business leaders, this role helps manage and optimize PPC campaigns, analyze marketing performance, support Salesforce and other digital platforms, and execute initiatives that generate leads and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketer with experience in paid search, campaign optimization, analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing technology. This position will also support marketing initiatives for VRC’s Digital Services, including email campaigns, content, and lead-generation efforts.

This position works in an office setting with regular collaboration across departments and VRC locations throughout the U.S. The role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
