ProVision Virtual Solutions is looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation through paid and organic digital channels. In this critical role, you will be entirely responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital ad campaigns across various platforms to attract and convert prospects for our professional services. Your success will directly translate into new business opportunities and growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies and ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation and customer inquiries.
- Paid Advertising Management: Design, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Organic Lead Generation: Explore and optimize organic channels (e.g., SEO, content marketing promotion, social media engagement) to support lead generation efforts.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize landing pages, ad creative, and user flows to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Budget Management: Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and client service teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals and to understand lead quality.
- Market Research: Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the professional services sector.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of successfully creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, platform-specific reporting).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling ad copy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience marketing professional services (e.g., accounting, legal, consulting) to B2B clients is highly preferred.
