OMG National, a 35-year-old marketing firm and five-year Inc. 5000 recipient, seeks highly motivated individuals with relevant experience for our Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) position! The DMS acts as the primary contact for SMB clients using our online marketing services, working with clients and internal teams including designers, SEO and Paid Ad Specialists, and social media staff. The role emphasizes client contact/management, digital marketing knowledge, and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the liaison and SME between clients and internal teams. Maintain client relationships and develop their marketing product portfolio.
• Educate clients on additional programs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Set realistic goals to grow their business via Local SEO, Paid Social, and SEM strategies.
• Measure and report campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
• Gather assets and information from clients to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure brand consistency through QA/QC of marketing materials.
• Analyze paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
• Serve as intermediary for website projects between clients and web team.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer Service/Hospitality experience.
• Sales experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with good time management.
• Passion for SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Project or Account Management experience.
• Fast learner and adaptable.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, CRM systems.
• Experience with paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
• Proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar, Drive).
