Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in a B2B environment or equivalent experience in multifamily/digital marketing.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Commitment to previous employers.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive regularly for extended periods and intermittently during workday.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – identify opportunities to develop new business and upsell/renew with current customers.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain relationships as trusted advisor to marketing plans.
• Business Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily market trends.
