Job summary

Granted is hiring our first in‑house Digital Marketing Production Designer to own hands‑on creative production across web, email, collateral, and video. You take a brief: usually from marketing and turn it into finished, on‑brand assets ready to ship.

This is a high‑volume execution role: multiple landing pages, email templates, ad cuts, and decks each week, all held to Granted’s brand system and healthcare compliance rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production or creative design.
• Portfolio across web, email, and static work.
• Proficiency in Figma for landing pages and web layouts.
• Responsive email design experience.
• Able to quickly turn briefs into on-brand assets within the compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Landing page design for marketing sites and campaigns in Figma.
• Email design: responsive templates for lifecycle, promo, and partner sends.
• Collateral design: sales decks and co-branded assets with reusable templates.
• Social-first video editing: edit ads in multiple lengths and aspect ratios; captions and motion basics.
• Turn around high-volume requests while maintaining brand standards and compliance.
