Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid sales role to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You’ll start with a structured training program, then drive new business through a mix of virtual and in-field activities, building long-lasting client relationships across diverse industries.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses; Year 2 targets rise to $110,000 to $120,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Markets: Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and setting appointments within a designated territory
• Grow your own book of business with residual commissions through strong account management
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries
