READY TO TURN CLICKS INTO IMPACT?

We're seeking a part-time digital marketing powerhouse who can turn a digital strategy into success—on and off a newsfeed. This position may transition to a full-time role. From creating scroll-stopping social posts to effective digital fundraising campaigns, this role handles full-funnel execution of our clients' campaigns. You won’t just manage paid ads; you will evaluate, optimize, and oversee entire marketing funnels to ensure clients see both a return on investment and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and optimize paid campaigns for multiple clients across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (Ad Grants)
  • Create and manage organic social media content calendars
  • Develop email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with creating content that supports all funnel stages (landing pages, lead nurturing, donor messages, etc.)
  • Handle technical implementation of digital campaigns from click to conversion
  • Build and maintain client reporting dashboards and reports
  • Analyze and monitor social media data to improve performance
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business and achieve their goals
  • Turn complex strategies into actionable results
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver the entire strategy, ensuring projects are completed on time and adhering to scope

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in a similar role as a Social Media Advertiser, Digital Marketing Manager, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint (a plus)
  • Proven success managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience working with nonprofits and purpose-driven brands preferred
  • Must provide own computer and secure internet

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

  • Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics & Ad Grants
  • YouTube
  • Project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
  • Social media analytics and campaign optimization software
  • Workflow integrations, such as Zapier
  • Familiarity with various fundraising platforms is a plus
