Overview

This is a W2 contract to hire opportunity

Duration: 6 months (potential to hire)

Hours: 40/week

Location: Remote (central or eastern time preferred)

Pay: $45-55/hr

The Digital Marketing Manager leads paid advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role blends expertise in paid media, lead generation, analytics, and performance optimization to deliver scalable results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, creative, and a strong collaborator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Bing, and YouTube.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages to boost conversions and ROI.
  • Use AI tools like Google Performance Max and Meta Advantage+ for automation and efficiency.
  • Implement audience targeting and retargeting to optimize lead generation and reduce costs.
  • Track and analyze campaigns with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization through landing page testing and improvements.
  • Make real-time adjustments based on performance data to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, project management, and IT teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and marketing performance reporting.
  • Stay updated on trends and research AI-driven marketing innovations.
Specific Duties
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on multiple platforms daily.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and placements in real-time for best results.
  • Create full-funnel ad strategies including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
  • Write and test effective ad copy, headlines, video scripts, and creatives.
  • Analyze landing page performance using advanced behavioral data tools.
  • Generate KPI reports with actionable insights regularly.
  • Work with design and IT to implement creative assets and tracking integrations.
  • Apply AI tools for campaign optimization and automation.
  • Manage paid media budgets to meet business goals efficiently.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s or tech background a plus.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing focused on paid media and performance optimization.
  • Proven success managing campaigns across major platforms with strong metrics.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio for tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, audience segmentation, full-funnel marketing.
  • Experience creating ad copy, video scripts, UGC content, influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
