  2. Increasing YouTube subscribers to 1,000 by year's end.
  3. Enhancing brand and product awareness across all Tax Goddess offerings.
  4. Setting marketing department goals, directions, and objectives based on management input.
  5. Measuring results against set goals.
  6. Systematizing the marketing department.
  7. Building and managing a marketing team, including training and delegation.
  8. Finding, booking, and managing virtual speaking engagements (minimum 1/month).
  9. Managing social media profiles and presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
  10. Creating and managing shareable content tailored for each network.
  11. Monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry.
  12. Running social promotions and campaigns, tracking their success with automation support.
  13. Exploring new engagement strategies and social networks.
  14. Growing our subscriber base with regular, relevant content tailored to audience needs.
  15. Managing organic search engine performance and setting goals based on analytics.
  16. Managing email campaigns, including design, calls-to-action, and content.
  17. Supporting sales and customer service teams when needed.
  18. Connecting with media outlets and journalists to promote company news and initiatives.

  • 5+ years managing a marketing team of at least 3 members.
  • Experience in marketing and content creation, with a background in booking and managing speaking engagements.
  • Active social media presence with expertise in each platform’s best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of adapting tone and style for various content types in American English and idioms.
  • Experience producing web content and channel-specific knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Buffer, Metricool).
