Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and end-to-end execution of multi‑channel digital initiatives. This individual will act as a subject‑matter expert (SME), leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize our digital footprint and drive enterprise‑level growth. You will collaborate with global product teams, external agencies, and internal IT stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive digital roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives and quarterly business reviews.
- Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external media and creative agencies, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and meeting performance benchmarks.
- Data Governance & Attribution: Utilize advanced analytics to measure the full‑funnel impact of marketing spend.
- Stakeholder Management: Present monthly performance reports to executive leadership, translating complex digital metrics into business‑impact narratives.
- Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all digital activities comply with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal brand safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a large‑scale corporate environment.
- Strategic Proficiency: Proven track record of managing seven‑figure annual media budgets across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Social.
- Technical Skillset: Advanced proficiency in (Analytics, Target, Experience Manager).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
