Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain dealership website content, manage local listings, online reviews, and promotional updates. The role requires organization, clear communication, and consistent content publishing through CMS and listing interfaces.

You will coordinate with dealership managers and internal partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of digital marketing, CMS, reputation-management, local-listing, or comparable experience.
• Professional written communication and sound judgment when representing dealership brands.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail for high-volume recurring updates.
• Ability to learn straightforward CMS and listing interfaces and follow documented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews across approved platforms using brand standards.
• Draft responses for negative reviews and publish after manager approval.
• Track approvals, follow up with managers, and maintain records of response status.
• QA live content for formatting, dates, links, images and consistency with source materials.
• Maintain dealership information across local-listing platforms, especially Google Business Profile.
