Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts across websites, social media, SEO, and sales tools. You will partner with the Marketing Leadership Team to shape the digital asset strategy and leverage AI to enhance the customer experience.

Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Management and Marketing, you will manage a team, develop plans to grow sales and profitability, and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing and/or marketing communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with digital assets such as web development, AI, and related tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing efforts for digital assets (websites, social media, SEO).
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance customer experience and leverage technology in marketing assets.
• Identify AI use cases in marketing and sales tool environments; guide cross-functional teams.
• Manage a small team and collaborate with marketing and technology partners.
