Location: Hybrid (Grapevine, TX / Remote)

We are a boutique real estate brokerage in DFW built on clarity, care, and confidence. Our mission is to guide first-time buyers, renters, move-up clients, and empty nesters through their homeownership journey with personal, high-touch service and smart, tech-forward systems.

After our first year in business, we're rebuilding with intention and we’re ready to do things the right way, from the inside out. We’re looking for a digital marketing partner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us build the engine that drives our next chapter.

About the Role

This isn’t just a “manage what’s already built” role. You’ll be responsible for creating and launching Momentus’ full digital marketing ecosystem from our website and SEO to lead funnels, paid ads, and CRM automation.

We have an existing Google Business profile, foundational brand assets, and a powerful message. What we need now is execution and strategy. If you love taking a vision and turning it into a lead-generating machine, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate and manage the build-out of our website (looking at AgentFire) (you’ll take point on this project)
  • Restructure and optimize our existing Google Business presence
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, geo-fencing)
  • Set up and refine SEO for long-term lead capture
  • Build lead funnels (quizzes, landing pages, downloadable guides)
  • Implement CRM automation flows (Follow Up Boss or similar)
  • Track and report on traffic, conversions, ad performance, and campaign ROI

You Are:

  • A results-focused digital marketer with 3+ years of experience (real estate a bonus)
  • Someone who thrives in a startup-style environment where your voice matters
  • Strategic but also willing to execute hands-on from setup to optimization
  • Familiar with building from scratch or rebuilding what wasn’t done right
  • Comfortable working with creative and operational leadership
  • Experience with AgentFire, Follow Up Boss, and versatile design/marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools for visual content creation)

Compensation:

  • $30–$45/hr based on experience
  • 20 hours/week (to start)
  • 1099 contractor role with flexible structure and growth opportunity
