Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join the Web and Digital Marketing team. You will contribute to growth by building awareness of IEWC's products and services both internally and externally, while collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

The internship involves updating websites, supporting SEO/SEM, performing market research, and assisting with content creation, analytics, and social media coordination to drive lead generation and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiar with Windows-based work environment and common business apps.
• Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, HTML, CSS, website development and social platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and developing IEWC websites, including landing pages and UX improvements.
• Monitor websites and marketing platforms for performance; report issues.
• Identify and report bugs, broken links, or visual inconsistencies to web/design teams before enhancements.
• Support SEO/SEM campaigns, keyword research, content updates, and performance tracking.
• Analyze website and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and prepare ROI reports.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, product pages, and collateral.
• Support product marketing activities: image collection, color correction, data collection, and partner marketing coordination.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate social media efforts to supplement IEWC's market presence and help generate leads for sales.
