Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week from May through August.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily office-based with extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day).
• Students must have housing arrangements in or near St. Louis, MO for the summer, as housing allowance is not provided.
• No unusual lifting, environmental, or exertion requirements.

• Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with website updates and enhancements to improve the user experience and keep content current.
• Support and strengthen Carboline's brand voice through social media posting, monitoring, and audience engagement.
• Research, implement, and maintain digital advertising campaigns to support brand awareness and business growth.
• Assist with improving and optimizing marketing automation tools and processes.
