Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for the Summer to gain hands-on experience across Digital Marketing and Strategy, Events, Anthropologie Socials, and PR & Communications. The URBN Summer Internship Program runs 6/7–8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

The program offers paid opportunities, exposure to senior leadership, and a pathway to full-time roles for qualified interns. Applications close 5:00 PM EST on Oct 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social/digital platforms incl. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing content with Merchandising and Creative teams.
• Identify and pitch user-generated content opportunities across digital channels.
• Research and present opportunities for channel growth and strategy testing.
• Analyze marketing campaigns using data to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring multi-channel activations and events to life.
