J.S. Held LLC is seeking a Winter 2026-2027 Digital Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. You will work across digital channels, creating and updating content, supporting social media and email campaigns, and helping optimize campaigns with basic analytics.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or current student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles including CMS, SEO, social media, and analytics
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and how audiences vary by channel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for marketing copy
• Basic graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
• Experience with website content management systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and updating website content in Craft CMS
• Develop and publish copy and graphics for social media posts and email campaigns
• Support audience targeting for social media and email campaigns
• Collect, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using GA4, LinkedIn, and Excel
• Assist SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimization
• Provide keyword analysis for Google Ads campaigns to improve paid search
• Attend virtual meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas
• Give feedback on marketing communications for accuracy and clarity
• Use Asana, Outlook, and Teams to collaborate with the team
