The Digital Web Experience Marketing intern will work with our web experience team to improve customer experience across brand websites. Located in Downers Grove, IL, you will analyze user behavior to inform website improvements and features, reporting to the Manager of Web/Digital Experience.

As part of the intern program you will run reports, share analyses, and help optimize content, SEO, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, CS or related field.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Interest in latest web experience trends and SEO.
• Residents of Chicagoland area; Downers Grove office.

Responsibilities

• Manage website content and update processes.
• Create analytic reports to measure goal achievement.
