Job summary

The Digital Marketing Intern at Royal Credit Union will support digital campaigns, website content updates, and performance analytics to improve member engagement and ROI. You’ll work onsite in Eau Claire, WI, with a program designed for a 12-month internship while you remain enrolled at school.

Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns across Google Ads, email, and social channels; maintaining Kentico CMS content; and producing timely reports with Google Analytics and Tag Manager to drive

Qualifications

Enrolled in a university/tech college for the duration of the internship.
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, technology, ICT, or similar field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and report on digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and banking promotions.
Maintain and update content in Kentico CMS; ensure brand alignment and site performance.
Assist with SEO/SEM using tools like Google Search Console, Moz, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and KPIs; support dashboards and data reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop content ideas and provide project support.
