Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist II to design and produce digital assets that support marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and advertising channels. You’ll work with Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, and external partners to create engaging digital experiences while adhering to brand standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of digital marketing or design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• At least 3 years of digital marketing, digital design, or related experience.
• Combined years of experience and education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets including social media graphics, website graphics, display advertising, email creative, and campaign variations.
• Create and adapt content for multiple digital channels while maintaining brand consistency and campaign intent.
• Build, update, and maintain webpages and landing pages within approved content management systems.
• Apply responsive design, accessibility, and user experience principles to digital assets and web content.
• Perform routine HTML/CSS edits and troubleshooting activities to support digital experiences.
• Utilize approved AI-enabled creative tools to improve ideation, content adaptation, and production efficiency.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations prior to release.
• Manage multiple routine to moderately complex assignments and communicate project status proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver effective digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative assets, digital workflows, website experiences, and production efficiency.
• Support and execute digital marketing activities across creative production, website content, digital campaigns, and related marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.
