We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong foundation in social media advertising, SEO, and landing page optimizations to support our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing digital channels and executing optimization strategies. Experience and understanding of lead-generation best practices in B2B and/or SaaS environments is highly desirable.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:- Plan and execute content across core social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, etc.)
- Report on channel performance and optimize strategies to support business objectives.
- Develop experimental strategies and tactics to continually improve performance.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation team on a Website Optimization roadmap
- Run optimization projects and work with content, design, and development teams to launch a/b tests.
- Monitor and report on active experiments.
- Summarize experiment learnings to develop future roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate with our SEO Specialists on various projects to support organic growth across multiple websites.
- Coordinate with Brand and Development teams to implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, rankings, and conversions across applicable channels and report on trends and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to help improve marketing campaign performance and user experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
A great fit for this position has:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, social media, and website optimization.
- Experience with creative and website A/B testing as well as experience with experimentation tools, particularly Optimizely VWO .
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience with HubSpot CMS a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience with B2B or SaaS a plus.
