Full-time position at Society19 Media, a fast‑paced media company focused on Gen Z and Millennials. The role is located in Boston Seaport.

We are looking for a community manager to grow and manage our blogger communities in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow blogger communities across US, Canada, and UK campuses and cities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new communities, editors in chief, and writers
• Train Editors in Chief, maintain regular communication, provide feedback, and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information
• Recruit and manage influencers within communities to expand Society19’s influencer program
• Set and achieve traffic and community growth goals
• Analyze community program performance

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred; all majors encouraged
• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, community development, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
