The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns, content updates, and e-commerce initiatives. This role is well suited for an early-career marketing professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment that blends corporate marketing with manufacturing-based product support.
The Coordinator will assist with campaign coordination, social media scheduling, reporting, website updates, and cross-functional project tracking. This position offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing, brand execution, ecommerce, and campaign operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist with the coordination and launch of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and ecommerce channels.
- Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.
- Support the upload, organization, and trafficking of creative assets and content.
Content & Social Media
- Schedule and publish social media content according to the editorial calendar.
- Assist with basic copywriting, proofreading, and content updates across digital channels.
- Help gather and organize product photos, videos, and marketing materials for campaign use.
- Monitor social media engagement and flag trends, questions, or comments for review.
Ecommerce & Website Support
- Assist with updates to product listings, promotions, landing pages, and website content.
- Support ecommerce campaigns by helping coordinate assets, links, and promotional details.
- Help maintain accuracy of digital product and promotional information across platforms.
Reporting & Administration
- Pull basic performance reports from marketing platforms and help organize results for review.
- Track deadlines, status updates, and marketing requests across projects.
- Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain organized digital files, calendars, and campaign documentation.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, creative team, ecommerce team, and agency partners as needed.
- Help route questions, gather approvals, and keep communication flowing between departments.
- Provide general support on special projects and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, e-commerce, or related internship/co-op experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn digital tools and marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or part-time experience in marketing or communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, or website content management.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics or reporting.
- Interest in consumer products, e-commerce, or brand marketing.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work. May require occasional walking, standing, and moving between office and manufacturing areas.
- Must be able to manage computer-based work for extended periods and occasionally handle printed materials, product samples, or marketing collateral.
- Regular use of phones, computers, and standard office equipment.
