Crimson Park Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina, that provides performance marketing and digital strategy services to clients nationwide. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Manager, Account Manager, and broader client services team to support the execution of social media, content marketing, and digital communications initiatives across a variety of client accounts, as well as support internal operations needs. This role reports to the VP of Integrated Strategy & Operations and supports client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term client retention.
NOTE: While this is a remote position, we will only consider candidates in the Charlotte, NC metro area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management & Administration
- Schedule and publish client-approved social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms using Metricool and Sprout Social.
- Assist with monthly social content calendar maintenance and collaborate with the Communications Specialist to provide assistance with social media planning and execution
- Monitor community engagement and elevate questions or opportunities to the appropriate team member.
- Organize social media assets and maintain an organized content library within Shared Drive folders
Content Creation & Production
- Participate in on-site photo and video content shoots for clients throughout the Charlotte region, and up to a 3-hr driving radius within North and South Carolina.
- Capture social-first photo and video content using mobile devices and agency equipment.
- Assist with creative planning and shot lists before client content sessions.
- Organize captured assets for editing and distribution.
- Perform light video editing and content preparation for social media platforms.
- Resize and reformat posts across multiple platforms, upload creative assets, tag partners, optimize in-platform post settings, and perform quality assurance before publication.
- Participate in on-camera agency social media videos and thought leadership
- Assist with content compilation and design of monthly agency newsletter
- Support Communications Manager with audience research and segmentation, as needed
- Publish blog articles in CMS platforms and Google Business Profile posts in third-party platforms
Operations
- Serve as monthly and ad hoc performance reporting lead by gathering and organizing platform performance metrics.
- Conduct research on a project basis
- Closely collaborate with internal agency team and external client teams professionally and positively
- Assist with agency project management tasks in Monday.com
- Support brand strategy projects as needed
- Research and stay current on digital marketing best practices and social media trends

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the Digital Marketing Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Comfortable and productive in a remote work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for social media and familiarity with video editing tools like Instagram Edits, TikTok, CapCut, and Canva
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality deliverables
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence and excitement in your work and creative ideas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing, communications, or similar role required.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Analytics 4, project management platforms, such as Monday, and video conferencing, such as Zoom
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to travel within North and South Carolina to attend sponsorship events, team meet-ups, and/or monthly onsite client content sessions

Salary: $55k - $60k based on experience
