Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content Creation, Public Relations, Non-profit Communications or related field preferred
• Proficiency with common creative and content-production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro) preferred
• Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and basic post-production editing
• Strong video production skills, including shooting, editing, audio, and framing

• Design and produce digital and print marketing materials (social graphics, ads, brochures, newsletters, presentations, emails)
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across website, social media, emails, print materials, and fundraising campaigns
• Adapt assets for multiple platforms and audiences, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency
• Maintain an organized digital asset library (photos, video, templates)
• Collaborate with Advancement, program, leadership, and administrative teams on marketing strategies
• Support website design, content development, and ongoing updates
• Improve marketing workflows and asset management for efficiency
• Stay informed on design trends and best practices to strengthen marketing
