Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Co-op in Boston, MA. You will work with the Content Marketing team to maintain marketing content across digital channels and learn brand standards, compliance considerations, and sales enablement tools.

As a current sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, you’ll gain hands-on experience organizing content inventories, supporting publishing workflows, and collaborating with marketing partners in a regulated

Responsibilities

  • Support the review, organization and ongoing maintenance of marketing content across digital channels.
  • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, timeliness and brand alignment.
  • Assist with content inventories, tracking updates, approval documentation and publishing workflows.
  • Help maintain organization and reporting for sales enablement, CRM and content management platforms.
  • Communicate project status, findings and content needs clearly to marketing and business partners.

The advertised closing date is October 3, 2026.About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Content Co-op, you’ll work closely with the Content Marketing team to help maintain and organize marketing content across digital channels.You’ll collaborate with business partners, support content review and publishing processes, and gain exposure to brand standards, compliance considerations, sales enablement tools and customer relationship management platforms.You'll gain opportunities to learn and:Gain exposure to how marketing content is planned, reviewed, approved and maintained in a regulated financial services environment.Build familiarity with the role digital content plays in supporting business goals, client engagement, sales enablement and brand consistency.Understand how marketing, compliance, digital, creative and business partners collaborate to move content through cross-functional workflows.Develop practical skills in organizing content inventories, tracking updates, supporting publishing processes and communicating project status clearly.Understand how sales enablement, customer relationship management and content management platforms support marketing and sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the review, organization and ongoing maintenance of marketing content across digital channels.Partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to help ensure content is accurate, timely, consistent and aligned with brand standards.Assisting with content inventories, tracking updates, approval documentation and publishing workflows.Helping to maintain organization and reporting for sales enablement, customer relationship management and content management platforms.Communicating project status, findings and content needs clearly to marketing and related business partners.Examples of past co-op projects include:Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilitiesBuilding and reviewing content for internal websiteProviding analysis on advisor-facing program, assessing its success and identifying opportunities for improvementReviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathwaysRequired QualificationsCurrent Sophomore or Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.Graduation date of Spring 2028/2029 or Fall 2029Interest in digital marketing, content operations, communications, financial services or asset management.Preferred QualificationsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to organize information, proofread content and follow established processes.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams.Comfort learning new digital tools, including content management systems, customer relationship management platforms and sales enablement platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate project status clearly.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Self-motivated, curious and eager to learn in a collaborative, regulated business environment.Visa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
