Empire Management Group seeks a Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator to support our online presence, publications and marketing initiatives. The role includes managing websites, content creation, and coordinating educational programs and events.

The position also covers production of Empire Magazine, podcast promotion, vendor communications, and social media management, with evening/weekend event attendance as needed. Strong organizational skills and industry familiarity are valued.

• Meticulous review of publications for spelling and grammar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with team and external parties.
• Creative ability to craft content and digital marketing materials.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Team player with collaborative attitude and service orientation.
• Sales: present tiered options for vendors to participate in events/ads.
• Demonstrated proficiency; formal training not provided.
• Experience with HOA/real estate or community association management.

Responsabilidades

• Website Management, SEO & Digital Optimization: publish content, monitor performance, support UX.
• Graphic Design & Marketing Asset Production: create digital/print flyers, ads, newsletters and assets.
• Community by Empire Magazine: coordinate article submissions and publication timelines; assist sponsorships.
• Online & Digital Presence: schedule social media content and update Google business profile.
• Educational & Marketing Events: support events, webinars, promotions and communications.
• Podcast & Multimedia: assist with promotion, coordination and editing/publishing.
• Vendor & Partner Communications: manage communications with sponsors and partners.
• Analytics & Reporting: track performance and prepare basic reports with recommendations.
• Project Management: juggle multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
