Job summary

ELCA Marketing is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing, communications and sales enablement initiatives. You will craft polished materials, update presentations and support internal and external communications in a regulated financial services context.

The role requires a digitally fluent generalist who can write, design and adapt messaging for employees, leadership, partners and customers. Chicago-based hybrid work with weekly office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, communications or related field with strong writing/editing.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience creating presentations and communications for varied audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide communications and confidentiality.
• Experience with email campaigns, CMS and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations, messaging and marketing materials aligned with priorities and brand.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured deliverables for sales and leadership.
• Execute campaigns across email, web, social and direct mail channels.
• Coordinate marketing logistics for events and sponsorships as needed.
• Support internal communications and enterprise-wide communications with care and accuracy.
