• Manage the company website and social media platforms, improving visibility, search performance, and engagement.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Create content that promotes capabilities, employees, events, and career opportunities.
• Capture and edit photography and video of operations, employees, and events, including drone footage when qualified.
• Produce video for social media, recruiting, and promotional campaigns.
• Create advertisements, brochures, presentations, and trade show graphics.
• Write and distribute company announcements, press releases, and other communications.
• Keep branding consistent across digital and printed materials, and support executive communications, public relations, and company events.
• Develop creative ideas to strengthen visibility and industry presence.
• Track website, social media, and campaign performance, and report results and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage multiple projects on deadline while maintaining quality.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager leads our Manufacturing's marketing, social media, and digital communications, strengthening our brand and online presence with content that highlights our people, capabilities, and achievements in aerospace, defense, and manufacturing. A strong communicator and visual storyteller, this person turns ideas into professional photography, video, design, and writing; works directly with leadership and across departments; owns projects from start to finish; and supports Our Manufacturing's Mission, Vision, and Core Values in everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage the company website and social media platforms, improving visibility, search performance, and engagement.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Create content that promotes our capabilities, employees, events, and career opportunities.

Photography, Video & Graphic Design

• Capture and edit photography and video of operations, employees, and events, including drone footage when qualified.
• Produce video for social media, recruiting, and promotional campaigns.
• Create advertisements, brochures, presentations, and trade show graphics.

Communications & Brand Management

• Write and distribute company announcements, press releases, and other communications.
• Keep branding consistent across digital and printed materials, and support executive communications, public relations, and company events.

• Coordinate with vendors, media, and marketing partners, and with Quality and export compliance to keep proprietary and ITAR/EAR-controlled information out of published content.

Marketing Strategy & Performance

• Develop creative ideas to strengthen our visibility and industry presence.
• Track website, social media, and campaign performance, and report results and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage multiple projects on deadline while maintaining quality.

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other technical industries.

Technical Skills & Core Competencies Required

• Experience managing websites and social media, with proficiency in graphic design, photography, and video editing.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or similar design and website platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Drone photography and videography experience; FAA Part 107 certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily an office environment, with regular time on the production floor to photograph and film operations.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE in production areas.
• Occasional local travel for company events, trade shows, and vendor or media meetings.
• Ability to carry and set up camera, lighting, and display equipment
