We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join Vibha Architects as a Marketing & Client Outreach Executive. This role involves connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn, maintaining client databases, sending follow-up messages, and supporting business development activities.

Position: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain and update client information and leads in a structured database.
• Draft and send professional follow-up messages to prospective clients.
• Assist in building and executing outreach campaigns to promote services.
• Collaborate with the team to track responses and generate reports on progress.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online professional networking.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Organized and able to maintain records systematically.
• Enthusiastic about marketing, outreach, and learning about architectural services.

Preferred (Not mandatory)

• Knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets.
