We’re less concerned with a specific degree and more interested in finding someone who is creative, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently.

Canva experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Create static social media graphics using established client branding and content direction, under supervision of the account management team
• Schedule and manage social media posts, primarily through Meta Business Suite
• Format and prepare content for different social media platforms
• Create and schedule Google Business Profile posts
• Assist with basic local SEO tasks, including Bing, Yelp, and other online directory listings
• Review content for accuracy, spelling, formatting, and brand consistency
• Keep assigned projects and content organized
• Assist the marketing team with other digital content and administrative marketing tasks as needed

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will:

• Have hands-on experience using Canva and can create clean, professional graphics
• Be comfortable working independently once given instructions and expectations
• Be organized and able to keep track of multiple assignments
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be comfortable working in a quiet office environment
• Can follow established brand styles while adapting content for different businesses
• Be comfortable learning new digital tools and processes
• Be receptive to design feedback and able to incorporate revisions effectively

Professional marketing experience is not required. Relevant coursework, personal projects, freelance work, or a strong portfolio can all demonstrate the skills we’re looking for.
