Job summary

Manay CPA, a global accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a digital marketing lead to elevate our online presence and leverage AI tools for scalable campaigns. The role supports US-based operations with a Turkish remote work setup, offering a competitive USD base salary and strong onboarding.

You will plan and publish content across channels, implement AI-powered workflows, and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights, while collaborating with a global team and growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut).
• Experience with B2B marketing or professional services is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Turkish language proficiency with fluent Business English; interviews in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website.
• Write SEO-focused content for blog articles, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and consistency.
• Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely campaign publication.
• Develop client-facing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows and tools.
• Develop AI agents, prompts, templates, and SOPs for content, SEO, and campaigns.
• Research and test new AI tools and integrations to boost performance.
• Identify repetitive processes and transform them into scalable workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, the company website, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Write compelling, SEO-focused content including blog articles, landing pages, website copy, newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Create and update presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and other client-facing marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign, content, and SEO performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

AI, Automation & Marketing Innovation

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code solutions to improve productivity, scalability, and content quality.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, reusable prompts, workflow templates, and standard operating procedures to support content creation, SEO research, campaign planning, reporting, and other recurring marketing activities.
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify repetitive marketing processes and transform them into scalable, AI-assisted workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, factual correctness, brand consistency, and overall quality before publication.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and best practices, recommending new solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
• High proficiency and hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
• Experience with B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a big plus.
• Experience with marketing software/platforms (e.g., Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English (Fluent) - All interviews will be conducted in English!
• Have a strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to review performance data and suggest improvements.
• High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and dynamic campaign launch timelines.
• Location: Home office
• Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (Eastern Time)
• Travelling might be required.
