Manay CPA Inc. seeks a versatile digital marketing professional to elevate our online presence using AI tools. You will create, optimize, and repurpose content across diverse channels, drive campaigns, and maintain brand consistency for global clients.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing, proficiency with Canva/Semrush/Mailchimp/WordPress/Google Analytics, and bilingual Turkish/English skills. This remote position aligns with US time zones and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut).
• Experience with B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting).
• Experience with marketing software/platforms (Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, with excellent Business English (interviews in English).
• Strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to align with US operations and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media, blogs, the company website, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Write SEO-focused content, including blog articles, landing pages, and newsletters.
• Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and consistency.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns run on schedule.
• Create and update client-facing marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign and SEO performance; prepare reports and suggest improvements.
• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows and tools.
• Develop AI agents, prompts, templates, and SOPs for content creation, SEO research, and reporting.
• Research and test new AI tools, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Identify repetitive processes and convert them into scalable AI-assisted workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality.
• Stay current with AI and digital marketing trends; recommend new solutions.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, the company website, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Write compelling, SEO-focused content including blog articles, landing pages, website copy, newsletters, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Create and update presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and other client-facing marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign, content, and SEO performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

AI, Automation & Marketing Innovation

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and no-code solutions to improve productivity, scalability, and content quality.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, reusable prompts, workflow templates, and standard operating procedures to support content creation, SEO research, campaign planning, reporting, and other recurring marketing activities.
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools, integrations, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify repetitive marketing processes and transform them into scalable, AI-assisted workflows.
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy, factual correctness, brand consistency, and overall quality before publication.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and best practices, recommending new solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
• High proficiency and hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
• Experience with B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a big plus.
• Experience with marketing software/platforms (e.g., Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English (Fluent) – All interviews will be conducted in English.
• Have a strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to review performance data and suggest improvements.
• High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and dynamic campaign launch timelines.

• Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (Eastern Time)
