About the RoleThis is a remote, independent contractor role ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and looking to gain experience with a U.S.-based healthcare organization. The focus is on digital presence, brand awareness, and lead generation. The role is performance-based with a potential path to permanent salaried employment following a 90-day probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Drive SEO and digital marketing

Design and execute digital campaigns to attract referral partners, caregivers, and clients

Optimize social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive traffic and engagement

Develop and maintain email marketing and newsletter campaigns

Create digital collateral (flyers, landing pages, lead magnets) aligned with our brand

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with the agency owner on outreach ideas and growth campaigns

Research online community engagement opportunities (forums, Facebook groups, etc.)

Compensation & Terms

Performance Incentive-based pay structure: Based on leads, referrals, and conversions

Performance reviews at 90 days and ongoing
